Design Work

We offer custom design work through a partnership with 3-D Design. Bill Mika has been designing all of our homes for the past 15 years. He does an excellent job and is very reasonably priced. He will listen to what you want and give you a plan you will absolutely love. He does not try to push his ideas on to you, and that is why we work well together.

It is our belief that this is your home and it should be built how you want. We will however be glad to give our recommendations if you ask for them. By starting out with a great designer like Bill you can rest assured no details have been missed.
